Nicole is a DC area native who is passionate about building community and finding commonality while celebrating and acknowledging differences.  She has over two decades of experience in communications strategy and community relations that includes editorial writing, consulting for numerous clients across the Washington, DC metro area, politics and campaigns, and much more.  She is a graduate of the University of Maryland Global Campus and currently pursuing graduate studies at Northwestern University.  In her free time, she loves collecting Gullah Geechee art, enjoying the arts scene in DC, and traveling.
